Your BAH will not change at all it is based on where he is stationed, not where you are living when he has orders in the lower 48 states. So you can change your address without a problem so that you are covered by TriWest if you want. But being that far along in the pregnancy can cause problems like what you are having with getting a doctor to take you and submit the right paperwork. Until you change to TriWest you are still under TriNorth and so that is who the doctor has to bill. It is a separate company that TriWest.
