I was wondering how difficult and how the salary was for certain college majors?

I am starting my freshman year in college, and right now I am starting cles and am planning to change my Psychology major and found 3 job titles that I was interested in. Physical therapist, Occupational therapist, and Pharmacist. How many years in general do you need to study for each job, and how much do they make. Also, how successful are these job titles, or are all these jobs too difficult to get into. I was looking for a job that could eventually make over 100,000 a year, as well as working with people, but I don't want to be in school for more than 6-8 years, 6 would be ideal.
