How to snog/meet (tongue kiss) ??!?

Hey so im a girl and im 13 and im a fridget ( and no fridget is not frigid ) fridget means you havent met/snogged anyone . and i dunno what to do cos i need to snog/meet someone cos im 13 and most people already done it that are younger then me and i just wanna get it over with , anyway in 'angus tongs and perfect snogging' when georgia goes to the guys house to snog him , like how do you do that ? like what do you do with your tongue because in ireland we say ''meet' not ''snog'' and i went on a different website but its not yahoo answers its called boards.ie or something and a girl asked how to meet someone and another girl from ireland answered that you gradually (slowly) put your tongue in and out ? is this right ? because years ago i asked my sister how to meet someone and she put her tongue in and out slowly ( not on me , like to herself , doing it to the air) so im not sure. anyway if you are from ireland plzzz dont say ' it comes naturally and just do what he does' because i dont wanna be waiting for him to do it , you know . so my Q is , do you put your tongue and and out , and btw meeting is not making out so dont answer saying ' go in , lick ur lips , peck him , then go back in' and all that ****. i see people meeting and they just keep their mouth open put you dont see what they do with their tongue so yeah. and another Q (Q= question) how do your teeth not get in the way ? k thanks sorry its long.
