How can I convert a decimal number to hexadecimal using Turbo Pascal 7?

I'm trying to make a number system conversion program using Turbo Pascal but I can't really get the hexadecimal one. The letters do not display and only zeros appear. Example: 456 is the decimal and only 0000 appears when it's supposed to be 1C8. Does anyone know how or know the formula for it?
