Can a 3 week old baby develop a new allergy to her food? ?

A person can develop an allergy at any time. They can not be allergic to something for the longest time and then one day they can develop the allergy. It sounds as if she may also be allergic to the soy formula. I suggest calling her pediatrician first thing Monday and see about getting an appointment. Poor little thing.
