Excercise and diet-----how fast I can reduce my weight?

everything seems to be good in this diet plan i would like u to cut out the grated coconut from your lunch as it leads to bad cholesterol.u should also consider eating some sprouted pulses and green salads which is a natural way of losing weight.And yes the acai berry is a good superfood which helps u lose the cholestrol,improves ur digestion and also makes u lose some weight.I dont know whether it is available in the uae but u must consider searching for it to complement ur great diet plan
