Paragraph in french on a smoking ban?

I am preparing a leaflet in English, German and French for no-smoking week next year. I have done paragraphs in English and German on the advantages and drawbacks of a smoking ban. However i am hopeless at French so if someone could do a paragraph of about 7 sentences for this leaflet you would have your name published on it! the title is la loi anti tabac.
