What are the things that I should not feed my hamster?

I have heard about gs,chocolate...what else?One of my friend`s dwarf hamster dyed because she gave it chocolate.I have given my hamster gs and nothing has happened.They also sell chocolate drops in the pet stores.Can I feed them to my hamster?I have bought yoghurt drops so far.:D
