One baby bigger than the other?

Im 32weeks 2days pregnant with boy/girl twins & I feel like my boy has grown alot more than my girl this last month. Im scheduled for another sonogram on the 7th to re-check their weight, but dont know if I should wait until then or call my dr. She said if they get 1lb apart, shes gonna go ahead & deliver them. What should I do?
